Warehouse Manager – e-commerce fulfillment

A fast-growing online retailer with a fantastic brand has an immediate opening for a Senior Warehouse Manager. The company has a collaborative, process-improvement oriented culture. We need a coach and mentor who is passionate about people, with the proven ability to develop a strong, engaged workforce. You will be leading a team of about 30-40 associates, plus up to 20 temporary associates during peak. The company has a strong online presence and does a lot of direct-to-consumer fulfillment in addition to traditional retail, so experience in e-commerce would be a plus.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of warehouse management experience.
  • Specific experience in a retail / wholesale distribution environment.
  • Experience managing a team of at least 20+ warehouse staff is a key requirement.
  • We need a change champion who will take ownership of the entire facility and look for ways to improve processes.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Completion of post-secondary education would be an asset. Ideally looking for CCLP (CITT), Six Sigma or Lean.

Compensation

$80,000 - $120,000 plus excellent benefits package.
