Warehouse Manager

A fast-paced wholesale distributor has an immediate opportunity for a warehouse manager. The company is a leader in their sector, and distribution has a strong e-commerce component. There are many exciting projects on the horizon, and we offer an excellent compensation package including bonus, benefits and opportunities for career advancement.

We are looking for a hands-on manager, someone who won’t hesitate to jump on a forklift and set the pace when needed. In this role you will be managing warehouse operations, overseeing about 30 associates, plus up to 100 temporary associates. We need an engaging leader who can make improvements and drive for results while maintaining a fun and relaxed work environment.

Requirements

  • Minimum 8 years of supervisory experience, leading teams of 20+ associates.
  • Strong background in warehouse management, able to set up KPI’s and hold people accountable.
  • Good computer skills, experienced with WMS – strong preference for SAP experience.
  • Excellent communication and change management skills.
  • Preference for CCLP (CITT) designation or university degree.

Compensation

$85,000 - $105,000 plus bonus and excellent benefits
