This Vice-President will be part of a highly engaged executive team, who will coach and mentor a team of 5 leaders with oversight of over 100 hourly associates. Through further operational optimization, the Vice-President will be central to the organization’s transformation and growth. This opportunity offers an excellent compensation package including both short term and long-term incentive plans, car allowance, benefits and retirement savings programs.

In this newly created role, the key areas of responsibility will include manufacturing, Quality, Demand Planning, Warehouse and Engineering. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related technical area; an MBA is desirable
  • 10-15 years of progressive leadership roles in Supply Chain/Operations areas within food manufacturing
  • Previous experience leading the functions of Manufacturing, Demand Planning/Scheduling, Warehousing, Quality and Engineering, with the ability to coach, lead, motivate and retain top talent
  • Visionary, can translate broad mission into actionable objectives with quality execution
  • Cross functional project leadership – ability to drive all stakeholders towards achieving project goals
  • Proven team building skills with a focus on driving a values-oriented culture
  • Previous experience in successfully leading major supply chain growth and/or expansion
  • Visible leader, enjoys engaging team members on the plant floor
  • Highly analytical – demonstrated experience in managing budgets, capital projects, P&L's, coupled with critical thinking skills
  • Previous experience with integrated ERP systems, Sage is preferred
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills; ability to interface with all levels and positions within the organization and build consensus.

Compensation

$200,000 – $220,000 range plus bonuses and benefits. Compensation will be commensurate with experience.
