This Vice-President will be part of a highly engaged executive team, who will coach and mentor a team of 5 leaders with oversight of over 100 hourly associates. Through further operational optimization, the Vice-President will be central to the organization’s transformation and growth. In this newly created role, the key areas of responsibility will include manufacturing, Quality, Demand Planning, Warehouse and Engineering. Scarborough, ON


  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related technical area; an MBA is desirable
  • 10-15 years of progressive leadership roles in Supply Chain/Operations areas within food manufacturing
  • Previous experience leading the functions of Manufacturing, Demand Planning/Scheduling, Warehousing, Quality and Engineering, with the ability to coach, lead, motivate and retain top talent
  • Visionary, can translate broad mission into actionable objectives with quality execution
  • Cross functional project leadership – ability to drive all stakeholders towards achieving project goals
  • Proven team building skills with a focus on driving a values-oriented culture
  • Previous experience in successfully leading major supply chain growth and/or expansion
  • Visible leader, enjoys engaging team members on the plant floor
  • Highly analytical – demonstrated experience in managing budgets, capital projects, P&L's, coupled with critical thinking skills
  • Previous experience with integrated ERP systems, Sage is preferred
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills; ability to interface with all levels and positions within the organization and build consensus.


$200,000 – $220,000 range plus bonuses and benefits. Compensation will be commensurate with experience.
