We have an immediate opening for a senior customer service representative. We require 2-4 years of experience in pricing, operations, or customer service in a freight forwarding environment. Excellent communication skills are a must, in order to follow up with customers, negotiate rates, and close deals. This is an extremely fast-paced environment, and we require a sense of urgency.
