We have an immediate opening for a senior customer service representative. We require 2-4 years of experience in pricing, operations, or customer service in a freight forwarding environment. Excellent communication skills are a must, in order to follow up with customers, negotiate rates, and close deals. This is an extremely fast-paced environment, and we require a sense of urgency.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience with an international freight forwarder
  • Knowledge of Cargowise software.
  • Excellent communication skills, ability to work with customers and carriers.
  • Experience with pricing and providing shipping quotations for customers
  • Knowledge of freight operation and documentation
  • Ability to prioritize and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation

$50,000 - $60,000 plus excellent benefits package. Compensation will be commensurate with experience.
