We need a coach and mentor who is passionate about people, with the proven ability to develop a strong, engaged workforce. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the facilities and equipment management team across a multi-site distribution operation. You will be overseeing a maintenance team of electricians, millwrights and forklift technicians, with a total team of approximately 20 staff.

We require experience within a distribution environment, and ideally looking for experience with Dematic automated material handling equipment, or similar retrieval systems. Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) experience is required.

Requirements

  • Must have experience overseeing maintenance within a complex distribution operation including automation.
  • Must have experience in facilities management, including creation of budgets for facilities maintenance and capital projects.
  • Must be a motivated team builder; coach and mentor.
  • Strong analytical skills, experience with CMMS and Excel.
  • Capital projects experience with greenfield development would be an asset.
  • Completion of post-secondary education required.

Compensation

Base salary plus bonus and benefits. Compensation will be commensurate with experience.
