The successful incumbent must have experience selling complex warehouse solutions to major accounts. Excellent communication skills and experience managing customer relations is a must. This role will be the conduit between the customer and the fulfillment / logistics operation, so the ability to build collaboration between departments is a key requirement.

Requirements

  • 5+ years’ experience in business development, specific experience in 3PL warehousing.
  • Excellent communication skills, proven ability to build collaboration between departments.
  • Experienced in RFP / RFQ response; resourceful and able to get pricing from other departments.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, able to prioritize and think on your feet.

Compensation

$120,000 - $150,000 range plus incentive, car allowance, benefits, RRSP matching.
