We have an exciting opportunity for an Account Manager with a fast-paced third-party logistics company in Mississauga. This is a newly created role due to rapid growth. The company has a unique industry niche and is extremely customer focused, and created this role to specifically look after the warehousing and transportation needs of their key accounts.

The successful incumbent must have experience in either warehousing or ground transportation (ideally both). Excellent communication skills and experience managing customer relations is a must. This role will be the conduit between the customer and the fulfillment / logistics operation, so the ability to build collaboration between departments is a key requirement.

Requirements

  • 5+ years’ experience in customer service, specific experience in 3PL.
  • Excellent communication skills, proven ability to build collaboration between departments.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, able to prioritize and think on your feet.
  • Strong computer skills, particularly with MS Excel.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Preference for CCLP (CITT) designation or other post-secondary education.

Compensation

$60,000 - $80,000 range plus benefits
